If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site and Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Refund Policy:

 a. Refunds Before Listings Go Live: Partial refunds are available before your listing goes live on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). If you request a refund before your listing is published, but we have reached the final step of sending the listing agreement, a 50% refund is possible. A full refund is available if the property info sheet, which was sent after the order, has not been completed. Once the property info sheet is filled out and the listing agreement is sent, only a 50% refund is available for the work completed by the staff up to that point. 

b. No Refunds After Listings Go Live: Once your listing is live on the MLS, we do not issue refunds. This is because our team and staff have already invested time and resources into getting your listing live, which constitutes the cost you paid.

c. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the marketing or selling of your property. Our Services are limited to facilitating the listing process on the MLS, and we do not guarantee any outcomes related to the sale of your property.

3. Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the Site or Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Intellectual Property: All content included on the Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of EasyListHub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall EasyListHub, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or Services.

6. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
